    The owner-operator will be responsible for injury to persons and damage to material assets, which result from such non-intended use. Messrs. KERN & SOHN cannot be held liable for any damage which results from an improper use of the device.

    Suspended balances, once having been used and showing traces of wear, cannot more be returned. The suspended balances have been sealed by KERN & SOHN. • The packaging is sealed by an adhesive tape. A broken seal will be considered as trace of wear and commits to purchase.

    INFORMATION • In the technical data you will find information about the adjustment weights recommended by KERN & SOHN. • Adjustment weights of different tolerance classes are allowed, but not optimal.
