DISCONNECTING THE CARRIAGE
Push down the Connecting pin and s li de the
KH carriage (or K R carriage) to disconnect
from K R carriage (KH carriage).
TAKING OFF THE CONNECTING ARM
loosen the thumb screws and pull the
Connecting arm towards you by lifting arm
up slightly.
TAKING OFF THE KR CARRIAGE
After disconnecting the K R carriage from the
KH carriage, move the K R carriage to left
end of the needle bed by k eeping off the
front foot from the needle bed as shown in
the photograph.
IF THE CARRIAGE SHOULD JAM DURING
L
KNITTING, PLEASE REFER TO PAGE 43 TO
R ELEASE IT.
