7. Cake
- This setting is not suitable for all types of cake, such as Victoria Sandwich or those that require
going into a hot oven.
- The cake is made according to the recipe in a separate mixing bowl and then baked inside the
bread pan.
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Line the bottom and sides of the bread pan with baking parchment
and pour in the mixture.
1 Plain Flour 2 cups/285 g
2 Baking Soda 1Tsp
3 Salt Ya Tsp / 38
4 Butter % cup/110 g
5 Granulated Sugar 225 ¢
6 Free Range Eggs 2
7 Bananas 2
8 Milk 50 ml
g vanilla Extract 1Tsp
- Cream the butter and sugar together until soft then beat in the egg.
- Add the mashed banana milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet mixture into the bread maker tin ( make sure the stirring paddle is in position. )
- Add the flour, baking soda and salt onto the wet mixture.
- Select programme 14.
8. Dessert
1 Egg ( stir slightly ) 3 pcs
2 Cooked Rice 1 cup
3 Sugar Ya Cup
4 Raisin Va CUp
5 Vanillon 1tsp
6 Cinnamon itsp
7 Milk 2 cups/400ml
