Disassembly:
1) Remove covers B and C
2) Remove screw (16) and lift free arm sensor (18)
3) Disconnect connection (17) from free arm sensor (18)
4) Remove free arm sensor (18)
5) Disconnect connection (10) from S-Print (12)
6) Remove cable
Assembly:
1) Reconnect connections (10) with S-Print (12)
2) Reconnect connections (17) with free arm sensor (18)
3) Position free arm sensor (18) and secure with screw (16)
4) Attach covers B and C
5) Attach embroidery module to sewing machine
6) Test free arm sensor in the service program 6b
7) Download and embroider the test sample in the ser
ice program 6i
8) Compare embroidery results with the table (page 44)
