The rear belt gear wheel consists of three parts. When
assembling put the spring with the nose into the cutout
of the upper part first. Then position the lower part so
that also this nose engages into the cutout of the lower
part. Turn upper and lower part against each other and
put on the spindle this way. When positioning into the
intermediate gear wheel make sure that there is no space
between upper and lower part and that the tension bet-
ween upper and lower part is always at hand.

sketch) and let the whole unit pendle on the screwdriver
and at the same time secure screw (53). Replace the com-
plete X and Y-carriage and secure with screws (26 & 27)
(page 90). Refit all covers A to C.
