Disassembly:
1) Remove covers A to C
2) Remove cable tie (10)
3) Disconnect connection (11, 19, 20, 21) from S- Print (12)
4) Remove screws (26)
5) Bring X-carriage (23) to its extreme position right
6) Remove screws (27)
7) Remove base plate (28)
8) Remove nuts (29) along with toothed (30) and normal
washer (31)
9) Remove stepping motor (32)

Assembly:
1) Position stepping motor (32) and nuts (29) tighten along
with toothed (30) and normal washer (31)
2) Check ease of run.
Caution! Gear wheel of the motor has to be set
without play!
3) Position base plate (28) and fasten with screws (27, 26)
4) Reconnect connections (11, 19, 20, 21) with S- Print (12)
5) Attach cable tie (10)
6) Reattach covers C to A
7) Attach embroidery module to the sewing computer
8) Check functions in service program 6
9) Download and embroider the test sample in the service
program 6i
10) Compare embroidery results with the table (page 44)
