The POTS splitter card has three interfaces:

Each of the three connectors of the POTS splitter requires a 50-conductor cable
with a 50-pin Telco connector. Use a minimum of 24 AWG.
Each DSL or MVL port uses one pair of copper wires of the 25 pairs on each
50-position connector. The following table shows the cables required in addition
to those used to connect the POTS splitter to the local loop and the PSTN
switch.
