Escape Sequence
Causes the DataPort 2001 to exit Data mode and
enter online Command mode. The O command
returns you to Data mode.
The escape sequence must be preceded and
followed by a pause to distinguish it from data.
(See S12.) The value of the escape character
can be changed. (See S2.)
A/
Repeat Last Command
Repeats the previous command string entered.
Do not precede the A/ command with AT or follow
it with a carriage return.

Answer Mode
The Answer command causes the DataPort 2001
to go off-hook and answer an incoming call.
B
CCITT/Bell Mode
n
Determines the protocol used if the dial-line rate
is set to 300 or 1200 bps. It has no effect if the
rate is set to another value. (See %B and S41.)

NOTE: For V.23, both the local DataPort 2001
and the remote modem must be configured for
the same mode of operation: both set to B2, or
both set to B3.
V.21 or V.22 (300 or 1200 bps)

V.23 (send at 75, receive at 1200 bps)
V.23 (send at 1200, receive at 75 bps)
