1.0 INTRODUCTION

Thanks for choosing this tyre changer. This superautomatic Lever - No Lever tyre changer is designed for top professional

tyre specialists, servicing run flat and UHP tyres with no tool/rim contact.

In order to ensure correct, efficent and safe operation, and to prolong the work life of the machine, please read this

manual carefully and follow the instructions.

Please refer to "Tyre-Changer Model" and "Serial Number" data on the Data-Plate to provide our Technical Service Dept.

with the necessary details for prompt assistance and spare-parts tracking.

These data are found on adhesive labels applied on the machine. For clarity and convenience, we have inserted

FAC-SIMILE in the box below.

1.3 Data-plate:

The Tyre-Changer is intended for mounting and demounting most tyres with alloy or steel rim diameter from 12" to 30"

and standard, Run-Flat and UHP tyres with maximum diameter of 1.200 mm (47").

The Tyre-Changer is NOT intended for demounting completely- or partially-inflated tyres, dirty tyres, nor for rim bending

or industrial wheels with split ring rims demounting.

All these operations are forbidden.

This Manual is part of this Tyre-Changer.

Use equipment only as described in this Manual.

Read and understand all instructions before operating this machine.

Keep this Manual in good conditions for further references.
