Connection of the
pressure line
The installation of the submersible water
pump is implemented either
- with fi xed pipe or
- with fl exible hose line.
• If using a ½" hose, attach the hose
over the pump's hose connection (9)
and fasten it with a hose clamp if nec-
essary.
• To use a ¾", 1" or 1½" hose, cut off
the connection above and attach the
hose over the correct connection (fi xing
with a hose clamp).
• For the use of a tap connector with
internal thread (G 1") for connecting
external hose connection systems, cut
the top three connections off directly
over the G 1" threaded pipe.
• Connect a tap connector with internal
thread (G 1 ½") directly to the angle
adapter (11).
The measurement of the maximum
performance data takes place un-
der optimal conditions, such as a straight,
direct exit. The angle adaptor (11) and the
backfl ow stopper (
put.
To increase pump output, the backfl ow
stopper (
10) may be taken out of the
angle adaptor (11) (see "replacing back-
fl ow stopper"). This is particularly recom-
mended for hose connections smaller than
1". Please bear in mind that the water may
