How to adjust plow blade

CAUTION
・ Work load will increase by adding extension. If it is overloaded, take off the extensions or use half
of the width of the plow blade to reduce the load. Be sure not to hit the blade as the extension
increases the chance of the blade getting caught by uneve n ground or obstacles.

・ You can widen the plow blades width by adding extension (6"

each) included.
・ Be sure to add both sides when you add the blade extension.

Adjusting the scraper

・ The scraper on the plow blade may be adjusted. When it is
worn, adjust position or use other side. Replace when
necessary.
・ There is the urethane scraper option available, which will not
scratch surfaces. (sold separately)

Adjusting the blade springs
・ This machine is equipped with a full trip feature. The blade trips
when it receives impact. If you feel the trip is being engaged
too easily or not easily enough, adjust the adjuster bolt.
・ If the trip springs stretch too much and are not able to be
tightened, replace them.

・ The machine is equipment with 3 safety sensors at the main
clutch (inside the control panel), near platform lock release,
and underneath of the platform for safety.
・ Be sure the sensors are pressed properly.
5.3.7
・ Adjust the Clutch link shown in the picture if the parking brake
won't engage properly or if the parking brake is engaged all the
time.
・ Loosen the 2 bolts at clutch link then adjust the length of the
link.
