How to inspect and maintain the machine body
CAUTION
・ When performing inspection and adjustment, place the machine in flat wide area and shut off
the engine.
・ Be sure all the levers work correctly. (every time before use)
・ The cables and belts will stretch after several hours of use. If the machine is used without
adjusting, it may malfunction causing damage or injury. Be sure to adjust them.
・ When any wear and tear are found, replace the parts with new ones.
・ Run the machine for a while then make sure there is no abnormal sound or heat.
・ Be sure all bolts and nuts are securely fastened. Tighten them when necessary.
・ Place all parts including covers back to their original place.
・ Avoid intensive work for the first 2 -3 hours, to get all parts running together smoothly.
・Do not forget to maintain the machine after every job and keep up on periodic maintenance.
・Watch carefully over the machine and make sure no oil leaks are found.
・Ask your retailer for a consultation if you find any leaking oil.
・Never use the machine if there is an oil leak. It will cause damage to the machine.

・ Adjust it if you can't lock the plow blade after changing angles
or if you can't unlock the blade angle adjustment.

・ Adjust it when the engine RPM does not increase or decrease
normally.
