How to install multiple lawnmowers in adjacent zones

Condition
You can install multiple adjacent work areas if
you want to use multiple lawnmowers
by changing the type of signal that travels
through each wire. Set the adjacent areas'
signal types to be different in that case. In the
menu screen [2. Garden setup] (M page 64),
select the 4 signals types (A, B, C, D).
*The signal types are the same for all models.
Change the signal type even if different models
are adjacent to each other.
Additionally, each boundary wire needs to
be laid apart to prevent work areas from
overlapping.
NOTE:
- Set "Passage width"(
M
page 53) and "Wire
overlap"(
M
page 57) appropriately to keep
the mowers from colliding with each other.
Narrow passage (distance between wires)
should be more than 1 m, if no shortcut wire is
used.
When laying the boundary wire and shortcut
wires together, make sure there is a space of at
least 60 cm between each boundary wire and
at least 30 cm between the boundary wires and
the shortcut wires.
