ASSEMBLY
Because of the backhoe digger's weight, it is recommended that unpacking and assembly
are carried out by two people.
If possible, it is a good idea to use a lifting device to facilitate assembly.
Fitting the boom
Raise the boom and turn it around to its position so that the pin can be fitted.
Loosen the screws
and then remove the pin.
(Use a tool and rubber mallet
if necessary).
Table of Contents
Position the cylinder and reinsert the pin,
lock in place using the screws.
You may need to loosen the hoses
to get the boom in place.
Important! Oil can run/shoot out.
Push the boom cylinder forward.
When the cylinder is in place, secure
the hoses again using the screws.
Make sure that
the hole in the pin
matches the hole
where the screws
are inserted.
