3.4.5 Drum rotation principle

The drum is turned by a belt (4) which is driven by a motor pulley (1) fixed to the base.
There is a belt tensioner (3) on the motor casing, which increases the angle at which the belt winds onto the
drum and works in a pair with the belt tensioner spring (2).
Two-way rotation of the drum is determined by the circuit board, which reverses the direction of power
supplied to the motor briefly. The drum rotating in the opposite direction allows the laundry to untangle.
