Priorities

If multiple ventilation modes are active at the same time, the ventilation unit will run at the respective ventilation stage
with the highest priority. This means that the external switch contact overrides all other ventilation stages.
Priority list (highest priority first):
• Fire/emergency contact
• External switch contact
• Manual operation with HMI or use of building control system (Bacnet, Modbus)
• External switch contact Boost
• External switch contact Normal
• External switch contact Reduced
• External switch contact Recirculation
• Timer Boost
• Timer Normal or Timer VOD with higher ventilation requirement
• Timer Reduced or Timer VOD with higher ventilation requirement
• Timer Recirculation or Timer VOD
• Free cooling (night cooling)

User levels/Access rights

Depending on the selected operating level, different functions/menus are active via the controller.
The following user levels are available:
• No rights
• User (password: 3333)
• Service (password: 2222)
• Admin (password: 1111)
The user levels can be modified in the "Access rights" menu. All user levels will automatically reset to "No rights" after a
pre-set time of 5 minutes from the last press of a button.
All passwords can be modified in the "Access rights" menu under "Change password".
If the Admin password was modified and then forgotten, a temporary master password can be requested from Helios
(Helios customer services).
The following menus can only be read at the following user levels:
• Operating mode - No rights
• Temperature - No rights
• Fan control – No rights
• Timer – No rights
• Selected functions (pure menu display) - No rights
• Alarms - No rights
• Manual/Automatic - Service
• Configuration- Service
• Settings - Service
• Commissioning assistant (wizard) - Admin
The following menus can only be actively modified at the following user levels:
• Operating mode - No rights
• Temperature - User
• Fan control - User
• Timer – User
• Alarms - User acknowledge, Admin block
• Manual/Automatic - Service
• Configuration - Service
• Settings - Service
