5.5 Managing the UPS by Using the NetEco 1000U
5.5.1 Software Description
The iManager NetEco 1000U monitoring system can run on the operating system
and can be accessed through a web browser.
It can manage the performance data and alarm information of the UPS remotely
and in real time. This improves the UPS centralized management and remote
operation and maintenance.
5.5.2 Applying for Access Rights

● For details about how to connect to the cloud NMS, see the
Installation and Commissioning Guide .
● After connecting to the cloud NMS, choose Device Management > Configuration >
Planning Configuration, and expand the root node. Click Protocol Info under Batch
Set on the right, and set Timeout(s) to 3, and Number of Signals Collected in a
String Batch to 10.

To manage the UPS by using an SNMP card, apply to the system
administrator of the SNMP card for access rights and add the NMS
information to the NMS access list of the SNMP card.
Before setting SNMP parameters, obtain the information listed as follows
from the NMS.
