card is powered on within one hour after any of those four time points, the
system will check whether the alarm notification has been sent at the previous
time point after power-on. If the notification has not been sent, the system will
send it. If the notification has been sent, the system will not send it again. If
the SNMP card is powered on more than one hour after any of those four time
points, the alarm notification will not be sent until reaching the next time
point.

6:00. If it has been sent, the system will not send it again. If it has not been
sent, the SNMP card will send it. If the SNMP card is powered on between 7:00
and 11:59, the alarm notification will not be sent until 12:00.
