true RMS multimeter as shown below:
The LED lifetime is estimated data and defined as the time the
product functions normally in Ta = 25 ± 2 °C (77 ± 3.6 °F) operating
conditions. It specifies Duty at 100% until the brightness becomes
≤ 50% of its original value. Operating the LED solution in high tem-
perature environments will reduce the products lifespan and lead to
color shift.
