Step 10: Referring to the picture on the left,
re-attach the SOLV piping T-joint and the SOLV
hose removed in Step 1. Do not forcibly pull the
SOLV hose connected to the main pump units.
Step 11: Insert new pump head cover gaskets into
the grooves on the inner side of the pump heads to
replace the old ones removed in Step 1. There are
small bulges at 7 locations along the grooves to
stop the pump head cover gaskets from falling out,
which might make it hard to insert them. Push a
little harder in order to insert them all the way in.
Step 12：Insert new air filters inside the pump heads
to replace the old ones removed in Step 1. The air
filters are rectangular. Insert them so that their
shorter side makes contact with the suction/exhaust
outlet. Please note that the mounting position of the
air filter is different for DA-60D and DA-120S.
Refer to the pictures on the left to ensure that the
filters are attached correctly. After inserting the air
filters, connect the primary and secondary side pump
heads with connecting tubes.
