Note: Cycle power by turning off SW2 and SW1. Wait 15 seconds before powering on
the MFP. Then wait until the MFP comes to a full ready
G: Setting vCare settings in Service Mode
1. Press Utility\Counter -> Stop -> 00 -> Stop -> 01 to enter TECH REP MODE.
2. Select [CS Remote Care].
3. Select [CS Remote Care].
4. Select HTTP.
5. Select Simplex.
6. Select ID Code and enter your Seven Digit Number (This Number is designated for
each technician). Recommend using your current Tech Number and adding 1's to
complete Seven Digits.
7. Select ID Code again.
