E. Heart Beat Settings
Note: For KMBS Branches, please set to "Disable" until further notice. This setting is not
necessary to be configured at this time. In the future if the Heartbeat setting will be
supported, additional documentation will be provided.
1. For KMBS Branches, in the Basic setting, under the Heat Beat tab, enter the
following:
Communication: No
Specified Transmission: No
F: Setting vCare Date and Time settings
1. Within the Detail settings, select Date & Time Setting.
2. Enter the Current Year, Month, and Date.
3. Enter the Hour and Minute
4. Select the Time Zone button and enter the correct Time Zone. Then press [Set].
a. Eastern Time Zone: -05:00
b. Central Time Zone:
c. Mountain Time Zone: -07:00
d. Pacific Time Zone:
Note: To Clear the Time Zone setting, press the "C" button on the MFPs' display panel.
(Military Time) then press [Set].
