Weight factor
The weight factor is a single hexadecimal number which represents the value of the next
weight compared to the size of the first weight applied to the scale.
Assume that the weight factor of the first counterweight is n
If the weight of the second counterweight is m times as the weight of the first
counterweight, then the weight factor this time should be n*m
If the weight of the third proportional weight added is p times the weight of the first
proportional weight
Then the weight factor this time should be n*p
The maximum value of the weight factor is 15, then input"F".
