    EXCELL PRECISION CO., LTD. Thank you for purchasing EXCELL waterproof weighing scale. In order to use the scale properly, please read this instruction carefully before use. If you have a problem concerning the scale, please contact your supplier. Preparing to Use the Scale 1.
