9.2.2 Manual setting
This menu item is used to check the reception channels and can be used to align the
antenna. Stations can also be added manually.
>
Open the MENU > [Manual setting] and press the SCROLL/SELECT knob .
>
Select a channel (5A to 13F) by turning the SCROLL/SELECT knob and
then press it. The signal strength will now be shown on the display. If a
DAB+ station is being received from a station, the station ensemble name is
displayed. The antenna can now be aligned to the maximum signal intensity.
Stations with a signal strength below the required minimum signal intensity
are not transmitting a strong enough signal. Align the dipole antenna, if
required, as described in Section 5.1.
If there are stations on the set frequency or channel that have not yet been
stored in the station list, they will now also be saved.
9.2.3 Selecting the station

Turn the SCROLL/SELECT knob to access the station list and scroll through the
available stations. Press the SCROLL/SELECT knob, to play the selected station.
Alternatively:
>
Select > [Station list] in the MENU and then press the SCROLL/SELECT knob.
9.2.4 Saving DAB+ stations to a memory slot
The programme memory can save up to 30 stations in the DAB+ range.
>
First select the desired station (see section 9.2.3).

In order to store this station on a memory slot, hold down the PRESET button
(12) during playback until [Save favourite] appears on the display. Then use
the SCROLL/SELECT knob to select a favourites memory slot (1 - 30). Press
the SCROLL/SELECT knob to save it.

Repeat this process to save additional stations.
9.2.5 Retrieving DAB+ stations from a memory slot
>
To retrieve a station that you have stored in the favourites memory, press the
PRESET button briefly and select a station slot (1 - 30) using the SCROLL/
SELECT knob. Press the SCROLL/SELECT knob to play the station.
If no station is saved in the selected station slot, [(empty)] appears on the
display.
