160 Drive1 Fault Codes
Description
Phase to ground fault detected between drive
and motor phase W.
Excessive current has been detected between
these two drive output terminals.
Excessive current has been detected between
these two drive output terminals.
Excessive current has been detected between
these two drive output terminals.
Occurs when reset defaults is performed.
Occurs when load requires excessive current at
zero hertz.

RS1 Fault Codes
Description
Module EPROM has invalid data.
Application timed out.
P127 - [Force Fault] was set to "1."
The following error codes could be returned over DF1 (with the
Message Command) when accessing the RS1 Module.

Illegal command or format.
Address does not point to anything usable.
Transaction size plus word address is too large. Trying to read/write multiple parameters with one command.
Invalid parameter or data.
Data table element protection violation.
Temporary internal problem.
Troubleshooting
Corrective Action
Check wiring between drive and motor. Check motor
for grounded phase.
Check the motor and external wiring to the drive
output terminals for a shorted condition.
Check the motor and external wiring to the drive

Check the motor and external wiring to the drive
output terminals for a shorted condition.
Clear fault.
Reduce motor load and/or motor dwell time at zero
hertz.
Corrective Action
Reset to factory defaults P128 - [Reset RS1].
Check master for correct operation (i.e., powered up,
run mode, etc.).
Clear fault.
Problem
The RS1 does not support this command.
The address does not exist, or does not point to anything usable
by this command.
Writing one parameter at a time or reading past end of last
parameter is only supported.
Data out of range.
Write to Read Only parameter.
Unable to execute due to temporary internal conditions –
Parameter Read Only when drive is running.
