Be careful to assemble all components
in the sequence they are presented.
NOTE:
Wrench tighten ALL hardware at the end of STEP 5G. Some components may be
pre-assembled. Nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto bolts, they must be wrench
tighten to fully go on.
5A.
Put the Key Ring of the Selector Pin (#35) onto the threaded end of the
Selector Rod Top Bolt (#19).
5B.
Install the Selector Rod Top Bolt (#29) with M12 Lock Washer (#11)
and M12 Hex Nuts (#27) onto the Selector Rod (#30).
5C. Route Top Cable (#24) and Install Five Pulleys (#18) as shown in
Step 5 Drawing.

5D. Install Top Cable (#24) by first assembling the small ball end into the
Selector Rod Top Bolt (#99) and attaching the Cable Cylinder Lock (#20)
over the ball end of the cable. Secure it by tighten in the M4x8mm
Set Screw (#10).
5E. Install the M10X20mm Hex Head Bolt (#6) through the slot hole of the
Selector Rod Top Bolt (#29).
5F.
Route Low Cable (#36) and Install Four Pulleys (#18) as shown in
Step 4 Drawing.

5G. Attach Low Cable (#36) to Front Base Frame (A).
