11.2 Water connection

Carry out all plumbing connection and installation work
according to instructions.

The appliance can become leaky and fail to operate.
f Do not expose the appliance to any water pressure.
f Do not mix up the water connections.
Match the colour coding of the water connection fittings and the
appliance:
1 Blue = „cold water supply"
2 Red = „hot water outlet"
3 Automatic air vent
f For the cold water supply: Plug the push-fit connector of
the fitting onto the cold water supply of the HOT 2.6 N 1600
Premium.
f For the hot water outlet: Push the 7/16" hose of the faucet
onto the sleeve of the warm water outlet on the HOT 2.6 N
1600 Premium as far as it will go.
f Secure the connection location by sliding on the ear clamp
provided and tightening it with ear clamp pliers, crimping
pliers, or end cutters.
Note
Make sure that the plumbing connections are not kinked
during installation. Avoid applying any tension during
installation.
Note
The hot water outlet tube should be installed so that it
rises in a constant slope to the faucet, without any sag
in the hose..
11.3 Connecting to a water filter
The HOT 2.6 N 1600 Premium appliance should be operated with
a water filter. For the water filter to work properly, it should be
installed between the wall connection and the faucet.

11.4 Electrical connection

The following electrical connection options are permitted:
- Connection to a freely accessible grounded receptacle with
an appropriate plug.
Note
Follow the filter manufacturer's operating and installa-
tion instructions when installing the water filter.
