Appliance description
The open (non-pressurized) appliance is designed only for under
sink installation. The appliance is designed to supply a draw-off
point for heating cold water.
The appliance may only be installed and used with an open
(non-pressurized) faucet from Stiebel Eltron. If you use fittings
other than these, it will void the appliance warranty.

9.2.1 Required accessories
The following faucets are available:
- 3-in-1-Nx for very hot, hot and cold water from the domestic
supply.
9.2.2 Additional accessories
- Strainer for the „cold water supply" connection
10. Preparations
f Flush out the water line thoroughly.
Plumbing installation
Safety valve is not required.
Faucets
Hot water faucets can be used to draw hot water from the appli-
ance. The following faucet specially designed for the HOT 2.6 N
1600 Premium and is part of this set:
- 3-in-1-Nx for very hot, hot and cold water from the domestic
supply.
Note
To prevent damage to the appliance and the installation,
we recommend that you use only tested kitchen faucets
from Stiebel Eltron. Only the kitchen faucets listed above
have been tested and approved for use with the HOT 2.6
N 1600 Premium appliances.

10.1 Installation location

Install the appliance only in a frost-free space.

The appliance is designed only for under sink installation.
The appliance water connections face toward the top.
Note
Make sure that enough clearance is left around the
appliance for maintenance work.
Install the appliance perpendicular and in the vicinity of the draw-
off point.

11. Installation
11.1 Installing the appliance
f Mark the drill hole points accordingly at a distance of 90
millimetres apart. You may want to use the wall mount as a
drilling template.
f Drill the holes and insert appropriate rawl plugs.
f Secure the wall mount with appropriate screws.
f Hang the appliance on the wall mount.
