IV. PICK-UP/FEEDING
SYSTEM
A. Outline
The copier uses center reference feed-
ing, in which copy paper is moved while cen-
tered along the pick-up/feeding path; the
pick-up system consists of a single-cassette
path or a multifteeder path.
Copy paper from the cassette or the
multifeeder is controlled by the registration
roller so that it matches the leading edge of
the image on the photosensitive drum; it is
