Setting Up the Machine
> Swing the presser foot front sideways to the left.
> To set the presser foot in the sewing position, lower the presser foot lifter or swing the presser foot

Changing the Presser Foot

Prerequisite:
> Press the release button on the rear side of the presser foot shaft.
> Lift the presser foot spring slightly and remove the presser foot.
> Lift the presser foot spring slightly and place the new presser foot beneath the shaft groove so that the
> Lower the presser foot shaft carefully until the shaft groove engages with the presser foot pin.
> Raise the presser foot.

Removing/Fitting the Presser Foot Shaft

The presser foot shaft is used for attachment for most presser foot soles and is part of the machine. A few
accessories require a different presser foot shaft, which is included in the scope of delivery of the accessory.
> To remove the presser foot shaft, loosen the fixing screw on the needle holder bar.
> Flip the presser foot shaft down and remove it.
> To fit the presser foot shaft, position the presser foot shaft sideways around the needle bar and push it
> Tighten the fixing screw.
