Appendix B: IP Address Determination

If you are an administrator and log in for the first time, you must connect the switcher to assign an IP
address for user access. The PDU device provides the means that, in each case, your computer must
be on the same network segment as the switch. When you are connected and logged in, you can
assign a fixed network address to the device.
Specific methods are as follows:
Set the IP address of your PC to 192.168.0.xxx. Here XXX represents any number other

than 10. (192.168.0.10 is the default address of switch)
In the network address column of your browser, enter the recognized IP address of the

switch you want to connect to 192.168.0.10.
When you are connected and logged in, assign a set of fixed IP addresses corresponding to

its Network segment to the device (see Network Setting).
After you log out, be sure to reset your computer IP address back to the original value.

Once you are logged in, please go to the Network Settings page to set up a temporary IP

environment.
