4.27 Fan pause recall
The pause symbol also appears on the fan display when the pause is active. The fan level (if greater than
0) is reduced to level 1. After the pause the previously set level returns. For recall applies the same rule
as for cooking zones. The fan level is maintained and restored on recall.
4.28 Grease filter state indication
The hood touch control includes a filter timer that reminds that is important to clean the hood's grease
filter on a regular basis (every 50 hours).
The filter run time is always counted when the fan is running, even during after-run.
After the time has elapsed the symbol with three droplets on the hood touch control lights up.

4.29 Carbon filter state indication (recirculation mode only)
The hood touch control includes a filter timer that reminds that is important to clean the hood's carbon
filter on a regular basis (every 100 hours).
The filter run time is always counted when the fan is running, even during after-run.

4.30 Power limitation setting
The appliance is generally configured to the maximum available power, shown in the technical data table.
However, an operating mode with power limitation can be set.
In this way, the maximum power supplied by the hob is limited to a fixed value
The power limitation setting must ONLY be performed by aù specialized technician.
To set the power limitation, do the following:
•
Connect the hob to the power supply.
•
Within two minutes, access the Service Menu by simultaneously pressing the key and pause keys
until you hear an acoustic signal.
•
Press the two sliders that brighten up onthe right side of the hob until you hear a second beep. The
"Timer" display shows [CF6].
•
Press the pause key. The "Timer" display shows [PHA]
•
Use slider control (left end -, right end +) to select the desired power level. The selected level is
shown on the display of a cooking zone. The correspondence between the power levels and
limitation values are shown in the table below.
•
To confirm the selection and leave the Service Menu, press key and pause keys simultaneously.
•
To leave the Service Menu without making changes, press the ON/OFF button
WARNING! The power level must be selected according to the fuse installed
Depending on the pots size and material and on the hob layout the real power consumption might
