How to Use Scan to E-mail
This chapter describes how to transmit scanned data.
Tips
To select the destination using the One-touch, Speed dial or Group dial, Extended Operation Panel MK-
750 must be installed.

Tips
With Scan to E-mail, documents are transmitted via mail server. No direct communication with the destina-
tion is made. Also, transmission will be handled as completed when communication with the server ends nor-
mally. To carry out this operation, an IP address, SMTP server address, E-mail address, etc. has to be set in
advance.

When using the ADF

Press the Scan key.
The machine switches to the scan mode.

Load the original onto the ADF.
