2.5.2 Programming the Digital Control
Press the j^pj key to enter the program mode.
Once the program mode has been entered the display will show the LH Timer setting
An adjustment may be made by using the ^ or keys.
Press the [P
j
key again and the display will allow you to change the RH Timer setting by using
the Cz\Jor (j=Tj keys.
Press

again, the display will show

and the Set Temperature may be changed by
using the or ^ keys.
Press

again, the display will show

and the Melt Cycle Options may be selected
by using or keys. S may be selected to allow for a mild Melt Cvrlp
by usin§ j or ^ keys. S may be selected to allow for a mild Melt Cycle needed for Solid
Shortening. L may be selected to allow for a more aggressive Melt Cycle needed for Liquid
cooking media. O may be selected to bypass a Melt Cycle.
Press [P^ again, the display will show

and the Password option may
be set by using |^J or gj. If a Password Required option is programmed the Password will be
dien ''j=f and is not adjustable.
Press P I again, the display will show
and the Fahrenheit or Celcius

option may be chosen by using 7 or x keys.
Press (^Pj again and the display will return to the LH Timer setting. To exit the Programming
mode at any time, press and hold P for three seconds.

The following messages may also be seen in the display:

indicates the fryer is ready for cooking.

indicates the controller is in the
heating mode. | _ p J indicates the controller is in a Melt cycle,
controller is outputting a heat signal.
