DEFINITION:
This fault is most likely due to intermi ent
low voltage control wiring connec ons.
Insure wiring is per the wiring diagram and
connec ons are secure and fully seated.

wires firmly connected
NO
to motor and IFC?
YES
Is 120 VAC measured at
the line voltage connector
at the motor? (5 pin NO
connector terminals 4 and
5)
YES
Remove the serial
motor wiring
harness at the IFC.
Apply 24 VAC to
wires 3 & 4.
Does motor run? NO
YES
Replace IFC. Check
opera on
#4 = WHITE wire, connects to TX
#3 = BLACK wire, connects to GND

Correct, replace wiring.
Check opera on
