lf you have installed surround speakers, you will be treated
to sound from both in front and behind, thus creating a
more live presence in your playback. Even when no sur-
round speakers are connected, the ''stereo wide'"' func-
tion operates
to create
an enhanced
sense
of music
presence.
1. Set the EFFECT button to on.
Adjust the sound field to your preference.
2. Set the SURROUND
& ST.WIDE button to on.
The SURROUND
indicator will light.
@ The sound field controller's LIVE (GR-P720 only)
and HALL sound fields have been designed so that
the surround and stereo wide functions are already
implemented when those sound fields are selected.
