Editing an Auto Sequence Program

Introduction
H i g h performance test i nstruments such as the H P 3562A derive m uch of their
versatility and flexibil ity from the power of microprocessors. Beyond i m pressive data
handl i ng and measu rement capabi l ities, en hancements such as d i rect program ming

I n the H P 3562A , the Auto Seq uence program m i ng capabil ity lets you create as
microproce
many as five separate key seq uence programs for the automation of measurements,
analysis computations, plotting and mass storage. Additional Auto Seq uence pro
grams can be stored on an external d isc for man u al recal l or recal l by another Auto
Seq uence program .
This chapter i nt roduces label l i n g , creating and editing of an Auto Sequence prog ram .
Advanced features such as ru n-time pauses and program loopi ng will also be
