Case Exterior Quarterly Compressor Area: Disconnect power from case before cleaning
Quarterly Hot Gas Condensate Pan: Use a de-scaling solution (such as CLR®)
Quarterly Under Case Cleaning: Once condenser package is clear of unit, vacuum

• Clean Fan Blades, Motors and Brackets by wiping down with moist
cloth.
