The proofing feature maintains a warm environment useful for rising yeast-leavened products.

How to Set the Oven For Proofing
[77 Place the covered dough in a dish in
the oven on rack B or C.
NOTE:Forbestresults, c overthedoughwitha
clothor with groasdd plasticwrap(theplastic
mayneedto beanchored underneath the
container s o theovenfan will notblowit off).
[_ Touch the PROOFpad and then the
START pad.
Tile display will read PrF (proof)°
The (wen inmfior light turns on and
remmns on
during proofing.
The proofing feature automaficNly
provides the optimum mmperamre for
the proofing process, and tberefbre does
not have a mmperamre adjustment.
[_ When proofing is finished, touch
the CLEAR/0FF pad.
To avoidloweringtheoventemperature
andlengthening p roofingtin)e,donot
opentheovendoorunnecessarily.
Check broad productsearlytoavoid
over-proofing.
NOTE:
Donot usetheproofingmodefor warnting
foodor keeping foodhot The proofingoven
temperature i s nothotenough to holdfoods
at safetemperaturos. Usethe WARMfeature
to keepfoodwarm.
Proofing will notoperatewhenovenis above
125°F(52°C). "HOT"will showin thedisplag

How to Set the Oven For Warming
The WARM fe.ature keeps cooked
foods hot.
This feature is not designed to reheat
cold food.
To use the WARMfeamre, touch tile
WARM pad and then the
START
pad.
To use the WARM feature after Timed
galdng or Roasting, fbllow these stops:
[77 Touch tile mode of cooldng that
you want to use (BAKE,CONVECTION
BAKEMULTI/1RACK or CONVECTION
ROASt.
[_ Touch die mmlber pads to
set
file
oven temperature.
[_ Touch file COOKING TIMEpad.
[_ Touch tile number pads to set the
desired length of cooldng time.
[_ Touch the WARMpad.
[_ Touch the STARTpad.
To Crisp Stale Items
Place food in low-skied dishes or pans°
For best results, place tile food imms in
a single layer: Do not stuck.
Leave them uncovered°
Check crispness after 20-30 minutes.
Add time as needed.

Formoistfoods,coverthemwith an oven-safe
lid or aluminum foil.

containers in the oven.
Donot useplasticcontainers, lidsor plastic
wrap.
CAUTION: Plast,c containers, lids
orplasticwrapwill meltif placodin theoven.
Meltedplasticmaynotbe removable andis not
covered underyourwarranty.
