a problem with the Virtual Engine Sound
System (VESS).

Check Active Air Flap System

This warning message is displayed in the
following situations:
僅 There is a malfunction with the actua-
tor flap
僅 There is a malfunction with the actua-
tor air flap controller
僅 The air flap does not open
In this case, have your vehicle inspected
by an authorized Kia dealer.
Refill coolant

A: Refill coolant
This message is displayed when the
coolant is low. If the warning message is
displayed, stop driving and check the
amount of coolant. Driving without suffi-
cient amount of coolant for a prolonged
period of time can cause serious prob-
lems with the vehicle's electrical equip-
ment and make normal driving
impossible.
