Warning Timing

With the vehicle on, select Setup →
Vehicle → Driver Assistance → Warn-
ing Timing from the infotainment sys-
tem screen to change the initial warning
activation time for Blind-Spot Collision-
Avoidance Assist.
To select the Warning time Standard or
Late.
僅 Standard: Use under normal driving
conditions. If it feels too sensitive, set
the warning timing to Late.
僅 Late: The warning timing will be late

Warning Methods can be set when the
vehicle is in ON position.
僅 Warning Volume: Select Setup →
Vehicle → Driver Assistance →
Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA)
Warning Methods → Warning Vol-
ume on the infotainment system, and
adjust the warning volume.
Even if you set the warning volume to
0, Warning volume will keep its vol-
ume in 1. (If steering wheel vibration
equipped)
僅 Haptic Warning: Select Setup →
Vehicle → Driver Assistance →
Warning Methods → Haptic Warn-
ing on the infotainment system, and
set the steering wheel vibration warn-
ing. (if equipped)
僅 Driving Safety Priority: Select Setup
→ Vehicle Settings → Driver Assis-
tance → Warning Methods → Driv-
ing Safety Priority on the
infotainment system.
For safe driving, the audio volume will
temporarily decrease to warn the
driver with the audible warning.
CAUTION
僅 Ensure that Warning Methods you
have set may apply to the Warning
Methods of other driver assistance
systems.
僅 Warning Methods will maintain its
last setting even if the vehicle is
restarted.
僅 The setting menu may not be avail-
able for your vehicle depending on
the vehicle features and specifica-
tions.
僅 With the warning volume is 0, if you
deselect Haptic Warning, the warn-
ing volume will be automatically
adjusted with volume 2.
僅 With the Haptic Warning is dese-
lected, if you adjust the warning vol-
ume to 0, the Haptic Warning will be
automatically selected.
