There are three different styles of heatsinks and one type of heatpipe used in
PowerFlex 7000 air-cooled drives, depending on thermal requirements:
Aluminum type W heatsinks have a plurality of short internal fins along
the internal surfaces
Aluminum type M heatsinks have internal fins with flat surfaces.
Copper heatsinks have internal fins made from folded copper foil
Heatpipes have a stack of aluminum fins
