To stop the program at any time, press the Stop
button. The Time/Pace display will begin to flash.
To restartthe program, press the Start buttonor
the Speed increase button.The walking belt will
begin to move at I mph. When the next segment
of the program begins,the treadmillwill automati-
cally adjust to the speed and inclinesettingsfor the
next segment.

B When you are finished exercising, remove the
key from the console.
When the programends, make sure that the in-
cline of the treadmill is at the lowest setting.
Next, remove the key from the console and put it in
a secure place. Note: If the displays and various
indicators on the console remain lit after the
key is removed, the console is in the "demo"
mode. See page 23 and turn offthe demo mode.
When you are finishedusing the treadmill, switch
the reset/offcircuitbreaker to the off positionand
unplug the powercord.
