Troubleshooting Chart
Possible corrective actions
Adjust the water flow required for the equipment.
Check or replace (if necessary) the valve and adjust the proper
superheat.
Check circuit and possible problem of solenoid valve not opening,
if necessary replace.
Check pressure drop or temperature for diagnostics.
Check means of regulating condenser temperature.
If the system has excess oil, recover and adjust by observing the
sight glass on the compressor.
Correct power supply.
Check electrical circuit for possible problem. Then replace
compressor.
Check all connections and tighten, if necessary replace contactors.
See corrective steps for high discharge pressure.
Correct to bring conditions within allowable limits.
Check and correct.
Set correct superheat.
Check for possible problem. Then replace the compressor.
Check and stabilize load or correct control settings for the
application.
Evaluate equipment selection.
Checking and adjusting the load.
Check voltage and correct it.
Power up.
Flush the system.
Check water direction.
Set values.
Check data sheet and check system for leaks.
Check condenser and repair.
Check technical data, check filter in water line and adjust flow if
necessary.
Check electrical circuit (line down).
Contact the manufacturer.
Check operating conditions, if necessary contact the manufacturer.
