Evaporator Pump control: After the chiller has been started the PumpRequest flag send the signal to Twin Pumps components and it
starts the Pump. In this sequence the Flow switch is monitored and if 5 second after the pump is started and the flow switch is not closed
the Evaporator flow Switch Alarm appears.
When the unit stops, the pump will remain running for 20 seconds.
