10. Anomalies and Remedies

10.1 Anomalies and remedies
Before calling Technical Support, see the following table to check if the problem can be solved.
Anomalies
The refrigerated cabinet
does not switch on.
The controller display is
off.
Lighting does not turn on.
(if any)
The refrigerated cabinet
does not refrigerate
properly.
The display deck is fro-
zen.
The evaporator is frozen.
The display of the con-
trollers Dixell XR50CX
and XR77CX show "HA"
warning.
Wurm CRA controller
display shows "AH" warn-
ing.

Causes
The refrigerated cabinet plug is not connected
properly to the power supply socket. No electric
The magnetothermal switch is "off".
Intervention of the magnetothermal isolator
switch.
Controller command not activated.
The LED wire plug is not connected properly to
the LED bar.
The refrigerated cabinet plug is not connected
properly to the power supply socket. No electric
energy available in the store.
The magnetothermal switch is "off".
Intervention of the magnetothermal isolator
switch.
Products not loaded correctly. Refrigerated air
grills obstructed.
Acrylic glass air baffles of air intake and air out-
let are installed incorrectly or are inverted.
The environmental conditions of the store are
not suitable.
The controller temperature is set incorrectly.
Unsuitable ventilation in the condensing unit.
Obstructed or dirty condenser.
Evaporator obstructed by ice (ice or frost under
the display deck).
Remedies
Connect the plug to the socket properly. Check
the general power supply board of the store.
Turn on the switch.
Reset the isolator switch. If the problem isn't
solved, turn off the refrigerated cabinet and call
Activate the LED lighting switch. See chapter "8.7
Lighting on/off switching"
Check the connection between the plug and the
LED bar.
Connect the plug to the socket properly. Check
the general power supply board of the store.
Turn on the switch.
Reset the isolator switch. If the problem isn't
solved, turn off the refrigerated cabinet and call
Re-arrange the products. Remove the obstacles
from the refrigerate air grills. Refer to chapter 6
Reposition correctly the air baffles.
See the section "5.1 Positioning the cabinet".
Set the proper temperature according to the dis-
played product. See chapter "8.5 Set-Point
Remove the obstacles along the external perime-
ter of the base. Make reference to "5.1 Positioning
Clean the condenser. See "7.6 and 7.7 Cleaning
the condenser". If the problem continues, switch
off the refrigerated cabinet and call Technical Sup-
port.
Activate manual defrosting. See "8.6 Defrosting".
If the problem continues, switch off the refrigerat-
ed cabinet and call Technical Support..
