8.5 Set-Point (working temperature)

The electronic controller automatically manages the working temperature inside the cabinet, according to the set
value, as well as the defrost cycles.
How to display the current set point
To display the current set point value, push and release the SET key. To display the sensor value again, push and
release the SET key or wait 10 seconds for the automatic reset of the display.
How to change the current set point:
Push the SET key for more than 2 seconds
The value of the set point will be displayed and the "°C" symbol starts blinking
To change the set value, push the UP or DOWN arrows within 10 seconds
To memorize the new set point value, push the SET key or wait for 10 seconds

8.6 Defrosting

The controller is programmed at the factory to perform a given number of defrost cycles in 24 hours. The du-
ration of defrost cycles can vary, and it depends on the temperature detected by a specific sensor positioned inside
the evaporator (defrost sensor). This sensor enables the end of the defrost, unless the maximum safety duration time
(i.e. time-out) is reached.
Manual defrosting
If it is necessary to activate a manual defrosting cycle, push the indicated key for more than 2 seconds. The defrost
cycle will take place according to the criteria mentioned above (once it has reached the end defrost temperature de-
tected by the defrost sensor or the time-out). The display will show the "DEF" (defrost).

8.7 Lights, switching on/off

If installed, the optional LED lighting is operated by the keyboard of the electronic controller, by pressing the AUX key.
The "Switch-On status" is also confirmed by the message "AUX" on the display and memorized by the controller itself.
This status remains stored and active also in the case of unintentional switching-off of the cabinet or temporary black-
out. At the restart of the unit, or once the power has been restored after a blackout, the lighting system will be auto-
matically powered.
