Setting the notification day for total
count output
You can display the report screen for [Report Output]
(A 165) on the specified date of every month.

Touch [ID Counter Report] in the
[Functions] tab screen.

Touch [Set Date].

Touch [ON].

Set the notification day.
You can set the date using either of the follow-
ing methods.
• Entering a numeric value using the numeric
keys.
• Touching [G] or [F].
BWhen you set any date from [29] to
[31], the report screen is displayed
on the last day of the month if the
specified date does not exist in the
month, for example, February.

Touch [OK].
The [ID Counter Report] screen is displayed.

Touch [Close].
BOnce you specify a date for [Set
Date], a warning screen is displayed
each time the power is turned on
until [Report Output]
formed. If you do not want to per-
form [Report Output] in the current
month, touch [Stop Reminder] in the
[ID Counter Report] screen. The
warning screen is not displayed until
the notification day of the next
month.
