Troubleshooting
Fault
The engine cannot be started.
No vibration when the engine is run-
ning.

► If faults occur on this machine which are not described in these in-
structions, contact the manufacturer.
► Do not rectify faults on your own.
Possible cause
Engine switch off.
Throttle lever in stop or idle position. Throttle lever on.
Not enough fuel.
Incorrect valve clearance.
Valves worn.
Cylinder and/or piston ring worn.
Spark plugs worn.
Engine oil level too low.
V-belt worn.
Clutch linings worn out.
Malfunctions
Troubleshooting 10.1
Remedy
Engine switch on.
Refill with fuel. Check fuel filter and
fuel lines.
Check valve clearance, have it ad-
justed if necessary.*
Have the machine repaired.*
Add engine oil.
Change V-belt.
Have the clutch linings replaced.*
